    Stopped by unannounced because a key fob wasn't working and in 5 minutes they had a battery in and I was walking out no charge!

    Told me my vehicle had oil leaks but didn't know where or if fixable. Also told me that my brand new tires with only 3000 miles on them are almost to needing replaced. Also my brakes that were installed in the last year are also needing replacement.

    I have always had good experiences with the service department. I trust their technicians and service manage to the extent that I had them recheck the work done by another service department that I had to take my vehicle to for an extended warranty repair. They found what the other department did wrong and fixed it. I wish tryout service department honored the extended warranty we have.

    I came to the dealership to look at a truck. I was met by the owner who I spoke with on the phone. He had answers for all my questions. I was then referred to Doug Brown who took me to look at trucks. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with above and beyond service. We ended up knowing many people from our past experiences and jobs. It was like reuniting with old friends. I ended up buying at truck that was a step up from what I came for. I’m completely satisfied with Doug and all those at the dealership for the buying experience that day.
